How to Verify FEFU Admission Contract and Fees Before Paying

Before sending money for an overseas medical course, ask a simple question: which document authorizes this payment, and who is receiving it? A clear answer should be easy to match to a named organization and a written purpose. The FEFU education contract and the consultancy service contract serve different purposes.

Five Checks That Prevent Confusion

  1. Confirm your program is the English-track General Medicine course and that the intake year is correct.
  2. Ask FEFU to confirm the official tuition and payment recipient using a university contact you found independently.
  3. Read the cancellation, refund, late-payment and annual-fee clauses; do not rely on a verbal explanation.
  4. Keep university payments separate from consultancy fees and third-party costs such as visa, insurance and travel.
  5. Save a signed copy of every agreement, invoice and bank receipt in your own records.

Be cautious if the payee changes at the last moment, a payment is requested to a personal account, or a representative says the contract can be issued “after you transfer.” A university invitation or a counselor’s WhatsApp message is not a substitute for the relevant official fee document.

Our Consultancy Contract and Fee Policy

Our service fee is the amount stated in the signed consultancy agreement. We do not add a separate one-time/OTC consultancy charge or any hidden consultancy fee. The agreement describes the support included and the payment terms before the service begins.

Families also receive FEFU’s official university admission and education documents for the university relationship. These are separate contracts: FEFU sets its education and tuition terms, while our consultancy agreement covers our services. University, government and third-party charges remain separately identified and payable to their stated providers.

Our FEFU-focused team works from a document checklist and keeps the process in one place, making it easier for families to track what is confirmed. That is the practical basis of reliable counselling: clear responsibilities, traceable fees and no promise that an agent controls university or visa decisions.

Use the FEFU document checklist alongside our fees and eligibility guide so each payment has a matching document.

Useful official checks: Start with FEFU’s international admissions information and the Embassy of India in Moscow’s guidance for Indian students in Russia. Ask each organization to confirm its own documents and payment details.
