FEFU MBBS Documents Required for Indian Students: 2026 Checklist

Most document problems do not begin with a missing certificate. They begin with a small mismatch: a shortened surname on one marksheet, an expiring passport, a scan with cut-off corners, or a translation prepared before anyone confirmed the required format.

Short answer: for a FEFU General Medicine application, an Indian student should build one verified file containing passport, Class 10 and 12 records, PCB details, NEET documents, photographs and the current application forms. Apostille, notarized Russian translation, medical tests, invitation and visa papers usually enter at later stages. The final checklist must come from the current FEFU admission process—not an old WhatsApp image.

FEFU MBBS Documents Required in 2026, Stage by Stage

1. Identity file

  • Passport: clear color scan of the photo and personal-details pages. Check validity well beyond the planned travel date.
  • Recent photographs: keep both digital and printed copies; size and background requirements can differ by process.
  • Name evidence: if the passport and school records differ, resolve the mismatch before translation or visa filing.

2. Academic and India-side eligibility file

  • Class 10 marksheet and passing certificate.
  • Class 12 marksheet and passing certificate, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology visible.
  • NEET scorecard and admit card for the relevant eligibility year.
  • Transfer, migration or school-leaving documents if requested for enrollment.

Keep the original PDF downloaded from the issuing portal as well as a high-resolution scan. A phone screenshot is useful for quick reference, but it is not a dependable master copy.

3. University and travel file

  • Completed application form and consent/declaration pages.
  • Admission, offer or eligibility communication issued through the verified process.
  • Education contract or invoice showing the university-side payment purpose.
  • Invitation, visa application, insurance, medical fitness and infectious-disease test records required at that stage.
  • Travel ticket, migration card and registration papers after arrival.

A Simple Folder System That Prevents Last-Minute Panic

Create five folders—Identity, Academics, NEET, University, and Visa/Travel. Use filenames such as Passport_Firstname_Lastname_Expiry.pdf, not newdocfinal2.jpg. Store an offline copy with a parent. Never send original credentials, OTPs or portal passwords to an unknown intermediary.

Reality check: “Documents accepted” is not the same as “admission confirmed.” FEFU’s public admission journey separates application, document submission, entrance testing, travel preparation and arrival. Ask which stage you are at and what document proves that stage.

How Our FEFU Consultancy Handles Charges and Contracts

Our role is to check the file, explain the sequence and keep each payment traceable. We charge the consultancy fee stated in the written consultancy agreement. There is no separate one-time/OTC service charge and no hidden consultancy charge. University tuition, hostel, visa, insurance, travel and government costs remain separate and are shown as separate items.

Before a major payment, families should have our signed consultancy contract and the relevant official university admission, education-contract or invoice document. We do not ask families to treat a verbal promise as a university contract.

Why This Process Works Well for FEFU Applicants

  • FEFU publishes an international-admission sequence that can be checked against the steps you are being told.
  • The Russky Island campus concentrates study, housing and student services, so arrival documents can be prepared around one clear destination.
  • Written checks reduce rework when documents move between Indian, Russian and university processes.

Primary checks used: FEFU’s international study portal, its foreign-student residence rules, and the NMC FMGL rules and current FAQs. Requirements can change; confirm the intake-specific list before acting.
